The name of our business comes from my two daughters’ middle names — a little piece of them with me in every step of this journey.
I started Aubrey Rain Co. for many reasons: because it’s what I’m passionate and skilled at, but also for the flexibility of raising two little girls while building something meaningful.
Every client we support, every process we streamline, and every small business we help grow carries a bit of that inspiration — making work and family coexist beautifully.

Morgan is a Richmond native and the founder of Aubrey Rain Co., a business solutions company committed to helping local businesses grow with clarity, efficiency, and confidence.
With over 15 years of experience managing a wide range of organizations—from small startups to teams of 30+—Morgan brings deep insight into the challenges and opportunities that business owners face.
Holding a Bachelor of Science degree, Morgan blends analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to develop practical, results-driven strategies. Her science background provides her with a unique edge in designing systems that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and foster sustainable growth.
Passionate about supporting the local economy, empowering women, and championing working moms, Morgan founded Aubrey Rain Co. to make business ownership more manageable and more rewarding, especially for the Richmond community she calls home.
